[user-forum] Bad encoders

There is also the posibilty that Waldorf recieved a bad batch of encoders.
This has happened to me with potentiometers before. Some components
just are defective in a factory run. Id say yes ALPS encoders are good
but even then the good ones can suffer from a bad factory run and
you dont know it till they are used for awhile.

What serial numbers are the blofeld synths? If they are in a batch
then it may just be a bad run of parts. It happens. But as per usual
its for the manufacturers to rectify this problem.
